About us.
The evidence shows that when you trust your customers, constituents and stakeholders to help you design the solutions, those solutions achieve more buy-in, satisfaction and success - resulting in making decisions that work.
Decision Works is here to help you make the very best decisions for, and with your stakeholders, communities, customers and your organisation. We believe the best decisions are made with the help of past experience, not just yours, but those of everyone who depends on you for the right policies, services and products. When you include these people in the big decisions, they are much more likely to be right for the people affected.
We design the right inclusive decision-making process to suit the question you need to answer.
“It was an absolute pleasure working with Anna on our Vision and Strategic Priorities Workshop. Her ability to lead our team through a complex process while keeping us focused and engaged was remarkable. She skilfully navigated discussions and encouraged diverse perspectives which helped us to clarify our long-term vision and set strategic priorities that were both inspiring and achievable. Thanks to Anna’s expertise, we now have a clear roadmap to success. A truly valuable experience that I highly recommend to any organisation.”

Napier District Council
Meet Anna.
A business graduate and chartered company secretary, with a history of managing projects, leading communications and funding projects in both corporate and not for profit sectors, Anna Curnow has a deep interest in how we make decisions.
Her time in local government as a political leader and Deputy Mayor of Kaipara District Council demonstrated the very real benefits of including those who are affected in the decision-making process. Studying with the Tamarack Institute grew her understanding of how to work with communities to achieve the best outcomes. Anna is a member of the Institute of Directors.
We live in a time when the relationship between those who deliver services and produce products, and those who use or are affected by them, is under severe stress. A great believer in "leaning in" to challenging problems, Anna continues to immerse herself in new and more inclusive decision making models.
Anna is a member of IAP2 Australasia and is a committee member of Trust Democracy NZ
